Inspired by the minimalist aesthetics of the Song Dynasty, the small round vessel features a full, rounded form and subtle, soft lines. The entire piece is finished in an antique-style glaze with a calm, warm hue, revealing natural, delicate layers of color under different lighting, rustic yet refined.

Agate is incorporated into the glaze, which is fired at high temperatures to give the surface a warm, delicate texture like jade. With use and the passage of time, the natural crackle pattern on the glaze will gradually reveal a unique charm, with each vessel displaying its own distinct pattern.

The traditional kick-firing technique is used, allowing the glaze to cover the entire vessel, leaving only small marks from the kiln supports on the base. These marks are both a signature of the firing process and add the distinctive antique beauty of Ru ware.

Its small, rounded form can serve as a small washing bowl for tea ceremonies, a cup washer, brush washer, incense stand, or an elegant tabletop ornament. Placed between a tea tray and a study, it naturally creates a quiet and composed Song Dynasty atmosphere.
